Yellow Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¼ cup milk
Instructions:
Grease and flour pan(s). Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter in a separate bowl, and add sugar and vanilla. Beat until well-combined. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour mix and milk alternately. Pour into pan(s). Bake at 375º F for 30-35 minutes.
Yield: 12 servings
