Thai Noodles
Ingredients:
This recipe makes one big serving or two smaller servings, depending on how much pasta you decide to use.
Instructions:
Mix up 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a half cup of water, and the seasoning powder in a bowl. It helps to do this while you're busy boiling your noodles. You can scramble up your eggs in a separate bowl too. If you're adding veggies to this recipe, you can pop them in with your pasta. After you drain the noodles and the veggies, get a frying pan greased with about 2 tablespoons of oil and let it get a little bit hot, on medium. Dump the noodles and vegetables into the pan and stir them around. When the noodles start getting just a little bit sticky it's time to start with the eggs. This is the hard part. You push the pasta aside and put the eggs on the pan, and when the eggs' edges start to congeal you scramble 'em and push 'em on top of the pasta so they won't burn. Do that until you've got nice little pieces of egg all over the place. If you're making enough pasta for only one serving, you will have too much of the soy sauce mix, so just pour about half of it on the frying pasta. Use the whole bowl if making for two. Stir it around, put it in a bowl, and eat it up. It's a tad bit spicy but way yum.
