Snapdragons
Ingredients:
- 1 cup large raisins
- 1 cup brandy or cognac
- 3 cups applesauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Soak the raisins in the brandy until plump. Drain. Combine raisins, applesauce, and cinnamon. Serve warm or cold.
Yield: 6 servings
