- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
Combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until mix resembles fine crumbs and starts to cling. Form mix into a ball and knead until smooth. Spread to 8 inches on an ungreased cookie sheet and cut into 16 wedges. Bake at 325º F for 25-30 minutes.
Yield: 16 wedges
