Sabbat Cakes

• 4 ounces butter (1 stick)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 tablespoons cream
• 6 ounces wholemeal flour
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

Cream butter and honey, beat in eggs and cream. Fold in flour and spice. Cut into crescents and bake in a moderate oven for about 10 minutes. When cool, dust with icing sugar, or cinnamon and nutmeg.
