Parmesan Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups fresh-grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425º F. Whisk together the dry ingredients until evenly distributed, then add the cheese and stir. Add the cream until the mix forms a loose dough. Knead eight times on a floured surface. Pat down to a thickness of 1/2 inch and cut out 2 1/2-inch rounds. Arrange them on a baking sheet 1/2 inch apart, and bake in the upper third of the oven for 13-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
