Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:
- A can of Campbells™ Cream of Mushroom Soup
- A can milk, your preference
Makes a filling meal for one.
Instructions:
Another "duh" recipe, but one that has followed me from early childhood. I had to include it. Just shake the mushroom soup can's contents into a pot. I like to try to do it without using a spoon, just by shaking the thing. It's fun! (I'm easily amused. I don't promise fun for you.) Yay! Then you add about a can full of milk (I use soy, but any milk is fine). Stir it around with the heat on high, and make sure you get out all the lumps or it is freakin' nasty. You can even add extra sautéed mushrooms if you want to! I've done that, although it usually becomes too greasy for me at that point. Oh well. Yummy!! Don't burn your mouth, let it cool down first. :)
