Full Moon Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated white cheese
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets and cooked
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Mix in the flour to form a paste. Slowly stir in the milk until smooth. Beat in the eggs. Stir in the garlic, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, white cheese, and cauliflower. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Garnish with additional white cheese.
Yield: 4 servings
