Makaronio Me Feta
Ingredients:
- 1 pound macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375º F. Mix together all the ingredients until smooth. (No instructions are given in the original recipe on how to do this, but I suggest definitely dissolving the cornstarch in the milk and mixing the macaroni in last.) Place the macaroni evenly in a 9 x 13 greased pan (use glass please!). Bake for 40 minutes until the top is browned.
