Faeryland French Toast
Ingredients:
- 12 egg yolks, or 6 whole eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8 slices french bread, about 3/4 to 1 inch
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Brown sugar or syrup
Instructions:
Beat eggs. Add sugar and cinnamon. Remove crusts from bread. Heat butter in skillet. Dip bread slices in beaten egg mix. Turn each slice to coat. Fry until golden brown, turning, and adding butter as needed. Sprinkle with brown sugar or syrup.
Yield: 8 slices
