- Individually wrapped cheese slices
- Two slices of bread
- Parmesan Cheese
This recipe makes one serving.
This is one of my little idiot snacks that sounds like total common sense but is actually a nice treat at parties or just alone. All you do is take two cheese slices, put 'em on two slices of bread, sprinkle Parmesan cheese to your liking on the top, and melt 'em down in the microwave. It's really yummy. Seriously. Also try sprinkling the top with bacon bits if you're a non-vegetarian type. Cut them into quarters (triangles if you prefer) and put them out with fruit and chips at a gathering. Experiment with different kinds of cheeses if you like.
